7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

7.1 NO-REFUND POLICY

ALL COMPLETED SALES ARE GENERALLY FINAL, AND GLOBAL ISLAND ADVANCE FASHION DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND PURCHASES.

Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully review the product description, quantity, size, colour, specifications and other relevant information before placing an order.

A request for an exchange does not constitute a request for a cash refund.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

7.2 EXCHANGES

Although we maintain a no-refund policy for change-of-mind purchases, Global Island Advance Fashion may, at its discretion, approve an exchange request made within seven (7) days of the customer receiving the package.

An exchange is not automatic.

You must contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted for exchange.

7.3 ELIGIBILITY FOR AN EXCHANGE

Where an exchange request is approved, the product must:

– be returned within the approved timeframe;
– be unused, unworn and unaltered;
– be in the same condition in which it was received;
– contain all original accessories, components and accompanying items, where applicable; and
– be returned in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange where a returned product does not satisfy these conditions or shows signs of use, wear, alteration, damage caused after delivery or improper handling.

7.4 SEVEN-DAY EXCHANGE PERIOD

Exchange requests must be communicated to Global Island Advance Fashion within seven (7) days of receiving the package.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7.5 DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

7.7 RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise agreed by Global Island Advance Fashion or required by applicable law, customers requesting a discretionary exchange are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Return shipping costs are not refundable.
